Most people understand that self-acceptance is beneficial in life, however, few understand how to incorporate self-acceptance into their lives in a practical way. Ann Hastings is a channel with many years of experience. In her channel she holds a focus of unconditional acceptance, which is the source of all her teachings. Ann offers private sessions, group intensives and workshops designed to help you find greater satisfaction in life without abandoning who you already are. Through the energy of Vywamus and "The Teachers" Ann teaches others how to incorporate the practice of self-acceptance into their daily lives. She works energetically and through the teachings."The ultimate gift of self-acceptance is the awareness that you are already who you want to be."

Individual sessions are conducted in person, over the phone, or via audio taped answers to your written questions. The fee is based on a self-determined sliding scale $50.00 - $75.00 per session.

In addition to her work as a channel, Ann Hastings, attorney, offers legal services and legal consultation in her Limerick, Maine office. She specializes in legal issues for non-traditional couples and families, probate law, estate planning, and the general practice of law with mindfulness. Ann is licensed to practice law in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Patricia A. Burke, MSW, LCSW, BCD offers individual, group and couples sessions, personal intensives and workshops. She draws from a variety of psychological, spiritual and creative arts melded into a Holistic Psychotherapy process to help you expand awareness, open new doorways to inner growth, investigate experience in the moment, access a direct experience of divine consciousness, enhance creativity, integrate all aspects of the psyche, and heal old wounds. She also provides training and consultation to psychotherapists, addictions counselors and other healing arts professionals.

Both Ann and Patricia offer Breathwork as an integral part of their service to your journey. When we inhale and bring consciousness to the breath we create a sacred container within which experience can unfold organically, beyond the rigid, controlling influence of mind. We enliven the body, the sacred vessel within which spirit manifests, and enter the mystery, the unknown depths of emotion, energy, movement, and transcendent consciousness. Healing, welcoming home unwanted or feared aspects of the psyche, and touching "all that is" are some of the gifts we can receive from Breathwork. Both Patricia and Ann offer private sessions and breath workshops.

If you are a member of a group or would like to organize a group interested in any of the services we offer, one or both of us will travel to your location. Ann currently leads a group in Boston and has travelled to Michigan and upstate New York to channel. Patricia co-leads a 6 day intensive for counselors, healers, and psychotherapists in Isla Mujeres, Mexico every February and teaches each June at the Rutgers University Summer School of Alcohol and Drug Studies, New Brunswick, NJ.
